Between the point of collection and the aircraft hold, your cargo passes through many hands. It travels by truck, is moved by forklift, is stacked onto airline pallets or loaded into airline containers, then lined up in the cargo terminal to wait for its flight — usually with nobody present who is there for your shipment specifically. Most forwarders never see this stage at all.

Our Witness Load service puts one of our team inside the cargo terminal while it happens. We confirm correct orientation, check the load is safely secured, and record the number of every pallet and container — giving you precise traceability and a clear record of how your cargo was handled.

Tarmac Supervision goes further. We escort your shipment out to the aircraft, watch the loading, confirm its position in the hold, and report the actual departure time back to you. You receive photographs and video of the whole process — not because anything went wrong, but so you know, beyond doubt, that it went right.
