Events run on deadlines that do not move. The doors open, the show starts, the match kicks off - and the freight has to be there, cleared and ready, before any of it can happen. There is no version of an exhibition that waits for cargo stuck in customs.
We manage freight for exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, live events and touring productions, handling the parts that make event logistics genuinely difficult: ATA Carnets for temporary import and export, multi-leg routing across several countries, tight load-in windows, and last-minute changes that have to be absorbed without drama. Event cargo is often valuable, fragile or mission-critical — so we treat it the way we treat everything, with careful handling and full visibility from first planning to final delivery.
It is the same discipline behind our fine art work, applied to a faster clock. Touring exhibitions in particular sit right at that intersection - significant value, cultural sensitivity and an unforgiving schedule - and they are exactly the kind of challenge we are built for.
